Banijay's Ambitious Play for Global Supremacy The recent merger between Banijay and All3Media has created a global media giant.
The new entity, Banijay Entertainment, is jointly owned by Banijay Group and RedBird IMI, each holding a 50% stake. Ben Samek, CEO of Banijay Americas, will oversee the combined company's U. S. operations.
His promotion comes as no surprise given his impressive track record at Banijay Americas since taking over in February 2023.
